History

February 2009

Restore Community Care opened its doors, providing food parcels to the disadvantaged and underprivileged in the local community, along with operating a ‘Brunch Program’ one day per week at a local Secondary College feeding up to 120 students during their morning recess. Refugees were also assisted with food, clothing, bedding and bathroom products, household items, clothing, regular bread deliveries and English Language Classes.

February 2016

Restore Community Care moved into a new building, sharing a section of the building of Restore Community Church, with its own entrance off Seismic Crt, from its Laser Drive address. Since this time Restore Community Care has operated as a Crisis Care Centre with a wide range of services, concentrating on emergency food relief to the residents of Knox as well as surrounding suburbs.
